Sierra Vista is a 272.3-acre Master Planned Community to the north of the Cerro de Los Lunas Preserve in Los Lunas, New Mexico. Located close to the Facebook Data Center and Amazon Warehouse, Sierra Vista is well positioned for the growth of Los Lunas. The master planned community will consist of 700+ single family homes, 10+ acres of public park (including expanding the Cerro de Los Lunas trailhead), a 20-acre apartment site, and a 1-acre commercial site.

As of 2023, Isaacson & Arfman has delivered the final plat and engineering design of multiple phases of 4 communities; Legacy Phases 1&2, Vista Manzao Phase 1, Cerro Vista, and Vista Sandia Phases 1&2.
